Freelance detectives, Don and Marissa, are members of a supernatural PI company. Based on her emotions, Marissa will morph into a different animal. In order to control this ability, she must feel content. Unfortunately for Marissa, she’s an empath and feels things deeply. Her work partner, Don, is in charge of keeping her in check. He spends most of his day telling her to relax and breath, and he appreciates Marissa as a co-worker, but finds her power very obnoxious. One day they get a job that involves a lot of stealth, but the client was very upset over the circumstances, his fiancé had been kidnapped. Marissa, overcome with his grief, tries to maintain her composure as they begin the job….
