It was March and everyone was ready for spring, but the cold didn’t want to let up. Next week, it’ll warm up next week, they all kept saying. But the weeks came and went and the days got darker and colder. The atmospheric scientists didn’t know what to tell the public anymore. Everything they saw suggested the weather should be normal. The snow returned and didn’t stop falling. People started to panic. The government was going to have to do something to calm them down, but no one knew anything. It was finally time to reinstate the Federal Bureau of Paranormal Investigations.
