“Rage is a quiet thing /You think that you’ve tamed it/ But it’s just lying in wait/ Oh/ Rage/ Is it in our veins?/ Feel it in my face when I least expect it Give in/ Control/ There’s so many ways to give in/ Eyes close/ Another way to make it to ten/ Oh how to draw the line between wrath and mercy?/ Gotta simmer, simmer, simmer, simmer, simmer down”
–Hayley Williams, Simmer
Rage is a demon that lives in the caverns at the edge of town. He won’t come out unless bothered, but after years of never seeing him, he became folklore to the people of the town. A couple of teenagers decided to test fate and check out the caves. Rage is a little annoyed with their presence but when they get too close and start touching his things, like all his nice bones and coin collection, he gets really mad. The teenagers ran screaming, but rage wasn’t done with them yet….
